Whether it’s reverence and awe, a responsibility to your children, a fear of imminent disasters, or all of the above and then some, you want to be part of the solution. As Hoosiers, we’re not afraid to take. on big challenges and work hard. Together we can protect the life-giving resources that sustain healthy communities, build economic resilience, and prepare for an ever changing climate.

Are you up for the challenge? Take the Pledge for Climate Justice! Earth Charter Indiana stands with you to support your local climate action. By taking this pledge, you are committing to do your part in the fight for our future.Some examples include:

✅ VOTE - Make a real plan. Get to know who’s on your ballot and where your polling location is. Go to: https://indianavoters.in.gov/

✅ BUILD SOLIDARITY - Individual action is good, collective action is better. Find local allies and connect with local grassroots organizing groups.

✅ SPEAK UP - Have frank conversations with your people about the climate crisis, and remind them it’s never too late to act.

✅ SHOW UP - Attend rallies, events, and call your local and state representatives. (You can find out who they are here)
